• ok93 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

ok93 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has violated any provision of these Terms. Any funds remaining in a suspended account will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable policies.

ok93 supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. ok93 prohibits the use of funds obtained through unlawful or fraudulent means.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be updated by ok93 from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method, typically within 1-5 business days. ok93 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending security or compliance checks.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated fraudulently will result in immediate account termination. Any associated costs incurred by ok93 will be recovered from the player's account balance.

ok93 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or exchange rate differences. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction. All withdrawal amounts are subject to bonus wagering requirement completion where applicable.

ok93 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus or promotion has its own specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT.Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• ok93 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been claimed but not yet played through may be removed from your account if a promotion is cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements, or used for any purpose other than gameplay on ok93.

ok93 reserves the right to cancel a player's bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms. In such cases, the original deposit amount may be returned at ok93's sole discretion.

ok93 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, bypass security measures, or manipulate game outcomes. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting patterns intended to exploit the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward ok93 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat.

ok93 uses advanced fraud detection systems and employs regular audits to ensure the integrity of all games and transactions. Any suspected breach of fair play is investigated thoroughly, and ok93's decision in such matters is final and binding.

All content on the ok93 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, and game content, is the exclusive property of ok93 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any portion of ok93's content without express written permission from ok93. Unauthorized use of ok93's intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content remains the property of the respective game studios and providers.

ok93 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, ok93 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok93, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ok93 support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances tied to unmet wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok93 operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the ok93 platform shall first be addressed by contacting ok93 customer support with a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ok93 support within thirty (30) calendar days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. ok93's decision on all gaming-related disputes, including the validity of bets and game outcomes, is final once all relevant evidence has been reviewed.

ok93 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok93 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the ok93 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
